Become is a specialist recruitment company for design, digital and advertising agencies and studios in Sydney in Melbourne.

We’re currently in an extremely busy period and with the recent decline of Flash we have an ongoing and immediate need for HTML5 designers/ developers.

To be suitable for these freelance bookings you must have:

– Previous advertising or digital agency experience
– A portfolio of your work showcasing your HTML5 banners, sites and animations
– Additional design or front end skills are a definite bonus.
– A Friendly, flexible and hard working nature. You will work in a variety of environments and cultures so must be able to adapt quickly
– Able to work on site during business hours with our clients across Sydney. Bookings vary in length from 1 day to several weeks and months, with usually only a day or two notice.

After meeting and going through your experience and folio, we can present you to our clients. We pay you weekly through our payroll, only put you forward for suitable and appropriate bookings and work with a large range clients, from small studios, to large international agencies and client side studios.
